Curves of Mountain Home, has been serving our community for 7 years.  Now under new ownership, sister-in-laws Lisa Russell and Jeannine O' connell purchased Curves on December 1st, 2007.   Lisa Russell has been a resident of Mountain Home for 10 years.  Lisa has been a member of curves for 5 years in March.  Jeannine O'Connell was a resident in California for 24 years, and now resides in Mountain Home.  Jeannine also has been a member of Curves.

We consider our self's energetic and outgoing.  We want to provide the women of this community a club where we can motivate them to get healthy and stay confident.  Our flub is a 30 minute workout specially designed for women that includes both cardiovascular and strength training that is fun, fast and safe.  Come check us out and see what our program can do for you.
