Overview:  Carmela Vineyards is a beautiful stone French chateau-style winery and 9-hole golf course overlooking the Snake River in Glenns Ferry, just 500 yards from Three Island Crossing State Park. Fifty acres of vineyards are planted with cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, cabernet franc, merlot and more species of grapes. Carmela is open daily to the public offering wine tasting, tours, a restaurant, a gift shop and golf. There is a driving range and pro shop. Facilities are available for weddings, business meetings and other special events.
